Ingredients
3 jalapenos, white ribs & seeds removed
1¼ cup fresh coriander, tightly packed
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp raw bush honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice from 1 lime
1 tbsp rice bran oil
½ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO in a blender or food processor. Blend on HIGH until smooth.
Add SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and blend until completely incorporated. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Transfer to jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Sauce will keep, refrigerated, up to one week.
