Ingredients
1 red onion
1 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tsp rice bran oil
juice of ½ lime
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp oregano
Directions
Julienne the red onion, place in a bowl then wash with running water. Drain the water and set aside.
In a cup, mix the SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, oil, lime juice, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and spices.
Pour the pickling sauce over the onion and toss in the bowl. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
