Ingredients
400 g boneless chicken breasts
4 tsp basil pesto
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 wheel Brie cheese, cut into 4 slices
4 rashers bacon
2 tbsp Maple or Golden syrup
Directions
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthways to make 4 even fillets. Thoroughly mix pesto with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Spread a teaspoon of pesto over each piece of chicken, then place a slice of brie in the centre.
Roll each piece of chicken around the brie cheese to form a parcel. Wrap each parcel with a rasher of streaky bacon.
Place the parcels on a non-stick oven tray and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the juices of the chicken run clear.
Take the tray out of the oven and baste the chicken with the juices from the tray. Drizzle over the maple syrup and grill in the oven on HIGH for 10 minutes, until the bacon is golden.
