500 g mushrooms
Butter, for cooking
500 g cheese slices
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER

Directions

Slice ribeye into thin strips. Cut bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, onion into half rings and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat a buttered frypan over high-heat. Add onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Sauté until all veggies are golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add sliced beef to the same pan with oil and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Sauté until the beef is fully cooked. Add vegetables back to the pan and stir to combine. Top with cheese slices and let mixture sit for a minute to melt.
