Ingredients
500 g cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1½ cup diced deli ham
1½ cup diced gherkins
6-7 taco sized tortillas
Directions
Dice your ham and pickles in smaller pieces and set aside.
In medium sized bowl beat your cream cheese until smooth. Sprinkle with SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB then fold in your diced ham and pickles until combined.
Spread your mixture evenly over tortillas leaving about 1 cm on the side and roll up tightly.
Place on plate and wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for about one hour.
Remove from refrigerator and slice into about 2 cm rounds.
