Ingredients
12-14 radishes, thinly sliced (mandolin)
3 cloves garlic, peeled & smashed
1 chilli pepper, halved & smashed
⅔ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cup water
2 tsp salt
Directions
Stir radishes, garlic, chilli, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, water and salt in a jar with lid. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes or overnight.
