Ingredients

5 tomatoes, diced
½ cup red onion, diced
½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 small jalepeño, veins & seeds removed, diced
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tsp lime juice, to taste
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Combine tomatoes, onion, coriander and jalapeño in a bowl. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and add SIDS CRAZY LEMON and lime juice to taste.
Top on your favourite Mexican food, or serve with chips.
Pico de gallo is best eaten fresh, within 12 hours of making it. Store in the fridge.
