Ingredients
1½ cups mozzarella cheese
56 g cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1½ tsp baking powder
1 egg
400 g mini sausage or hot dog
Directions
Place the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl then microwave the cheese for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each 30 seconds until melted.
Mix in almond flour, SIDS CRAZY SALT and baking powder. Add in egg and mix until blended then knead until soft.
Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll out to about 6 mm thick.
Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide. Place the mini sausage on the dough, roll until it is wrapped around it then cut and press the ends together.
Bake in a 175°C oven for 12-15 minutes until the dough is browned.
