Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp water
3 tsp cornflour
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR
⅛ tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 135oC. in a large glass bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Beat in water then mix in cornflour, vanilla, salt and SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR. Pour the entire meringue mixture into the centre of an oven tray covered with baking paper. The Pavlova will spread as it bakes.
Bake for 45 minutes then turn oven off and leave until cold. Serve on a platter and top with whipped cream, kiwifruit, passionfruit and strawberries.
