Ingredients
680 g ready made pastry cases
225 g package cream cheese, softened
170 g Pipi meat, chopped
2 tbsp Best Foods mayonnaise
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp spring onion, thinly sliced
½ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease 12 tartlet pans.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pipi, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, spring onions and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture into tarts and garnish with paprika.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until light brown. These freeze wonderfully. Just reheat before serving.
Serve with a light sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
