Ingredients

2 kg boneless rib eye roast, thin sliced
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
½ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
½ tsp cayenne pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup spiced rum
3 cans (850 g) baked beans
⅓ cup spiced rum

Directions

In a zip lock bag, place the sliced rib eye pieces and marinate it with orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, and Spiced Rum. Mix well, seal the bag and set aside for 2 hours.
BAKED BEANS: Place a pot on grill, add baked beans, SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and rum. Mix well and cover the pot with lid. Cover the grill and cook for 2 hours.
Place steak slices over medium heat and cook to desired doneness. Cut into bite sizes pieces.
Serve steak on bread with beans and enjoy!
