Pitmaster BBQ Rib Rub

Flavour your pork ribs like a pitmaster with this flavourful BBQ rub. Before using the rub, apply a thin layer of prepared mustard on your ribs first. As always, keep a good barbecue spritz of 2 parts apple juice and 1 part cider vinegar on hand to spray on during the second half of cook time.

Ingredients

¼ cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp paprika, not smoked
2 tbsp chilli powder, mild
2 tbsp onion powder
1 shaker full of SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp ground allspice

Directions

Combine SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all listed ingredients in a bowl, and use right away on pork ribs, or store BBQ rub in a lidded jar in the cupboard for later use.
