Ingredients
500 g bacon
2 kg boneless chicken breast, cut to 4 cm
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 cup white sugar
¾ cup Ranch dressing
60 wooden toothpicks, soaked
Directions
Preheat oven to 190oC. Line oven trays with baking paper.
Mix together SIDS CRAZY LEMON, sugar and Ranch dressing in a small serving bowl.
Cut the bacon slices long enough to go round the chicken 1½ times then secure with a toothpick. Roll the chicken in the Ranch mixture and place on the oven tray. Bake until the bacon is sizzling, about 30 minutes.
