Ingredients
½ cup SIDS TRADITIONAL PLUM SAUCE
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp bush honey
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 spring onions, chopped
8 chicken pieces
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
Mix SIDS TRADITIONAL PLUM SAUCE, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and spring onions together in a large ziploc bag. Add chicken, shake to cover with marinade then refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with foil then brush over oil. Place chicken in the dish and bake for 1 hour, basting once from the liquid in the dish.
Serve warm or cold.
