Pears or peaches
SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR & water
Crème fraîche
Brown Sugar
Directions
Peel & core peaches or pears. Cover with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR & water then cook until soft. Remove fruit into a serving dish. Reduce the liquid until it is syrupy. Make a dressing with crème fraîche and brown sugar (to taste). Pour over fruit then drizzle with the syrup reduction. Serve cold.
