Ingredients
⅓ cup pineapple juice
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup thin sliced spring onions
1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp bush honey
1 garlic clove, minced
750 g flank steak
Cooking spray
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT, in a large zip-top plastic bag then add steak to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning once.
Prepare grill.
Remove steak from bag, reserving marinade. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray then grill 20 minutes until desired degree of doneness, turning and basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
