Ingredients
6 pork chops or pork steaks
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 onion fine chopped
240 g raw ham or bacon, chopped
3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
400 g tomatoes, chopped
1 hard boiled egg
Parsley to garnish
Directions
Sauté chops lightly in oil. Transfer into casserole. Sauté ham and onion in remaining oil in pan. When tender, add tomatoes and cook gently a little longer. Add SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and finely chopped egg. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until liquid is reduced a little then pour over meat. Bake covered for about 1½ hours at 180oC until tender. Add extra water if necessary. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
