Ingredients
Marinade:--
1⅓ cup soy sauce
⅔ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp ginger, minced (1 tsp dried ginger)
1 tsp New York Cut pepper
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp raw bush honey
Pork:--
1 kg boneless pork
2 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
Directions
Combine SIDS CRAZY SALT and all the Marinade ingredients into a Mason Jar, Measuring Cup or Bowl.
Rub SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE all over the pork then cut into 2 cm squares. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Put the Seasoned Pork and Marinade into a seal-able container and place in the fridge for 30 minutes – 2 days (make sure you check the date on you pork before putting it in for longer then a day)
Pre-heat the oven to 175°C.
Put the pork bites onto oven-proof frypan and cook for 10 minutes, flip, cook for another 10 minutes, until fully cooked, Serve hot or cold, ENJOY.
