Ingredients
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 onion, sliced
4 boneless pork chops
850 g jar pasta sauce
850 g diced tomatoes
1 orange bell pepper, seeded, sliced in strips
250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tsp dried basil
½ cup white wine
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, brown chops over medium-high heat. Transfer to slow cooker.
In the same pan, brown the onion. Stir in mushrooms and bell pepper then cook until soft. Mix in pasta sauce, diced tomatoes and white wine. Season with SIDS CRAZY SALT, basil and garlic. Pour over pork chops in slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours. To serve, place a slice of cheese over each chop and cover with sauce.
