Ingredients
250 g boneless pork chop, 2 cm thick
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
⅓ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup chopped celery
1 can (480 g) Pork & Beans
2 tsp packed brown sugar
Directions
Spray a 25 cm frypan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the pork, sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT and cook for 10 minutes until well browned on both sides. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
Remove the pan from heat and spray with the cooking spray. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion, celery and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the pork and beans and brown sugar and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the pan. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
