Ingredients

rice bran oil for frying
4 big pork chops
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
3 tsp thyme leaves
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 peaches, peeled & sliced
1 tsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
½ cup cider
½ cup chicken stock
2 tbsp cream

Directions

Heat a little oil in a large frypan then season chops with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Fry for 4-5 minutes each side (depending on thickness) until golden then remove from the pan to a warm spot to rest for 5 minutes.
In the same pan, cook thyme and garlic for 1 minute then add peaches and cook, turning, until lightly coloured. Add SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD, cider and stock then bring to the boil and simmer until thickened. Stir in cream and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste then serve.
