Ingredients
1 small tin peaches
1½ tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
4 boneless pork chops
1 tsp ginger powder
1 pinch of cinnamon
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
2 tbsp rice bran oil
½ cup cider
Directions
In a food processor, blitz peaches and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Sprinkle chops with ginger, cinnamon and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Sear chops for 2 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside. Pour cider into the pan to deglaze then add peach mixture. Return chops to the pan and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 8 minutes each side.
