Ingredients
2 kg boneless pork
1 tbsp SIDS TRADITIONAL PLUM SAUCE
1 large onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, pressed
3 tbsp Best Foods mayonnaise
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Cut meat into medium-sized pieces. Cut onion into similar-sized slices. Grate garlic.
Place pork in a glass bowl. Add SIDS PLUM SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all ingredients then mix well, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Let it sit overnight covered in plastic wrap.
Preheat grill to medium. Thread pieces of pork on the skewers, leaving enough space at the bottom for flipping. Optional: Alternate pieces of onion in between each pork piece. Place skewers on a grill.
Grill pork kebabs to your desired doneness. (about 4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 63°C) Serve right away.
