Ingredients
1½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 tsp paprika
1.5 kg pork ribs (cut into portions)
1 cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with nonstick baking paper.
Combine SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and the seasonings in a bowl to form a marinade, then brush onto the ribs. Place on baking trays and cover with foil. Bake for 1½ hours until tender. Set aside to cool slightly.
Preheat a chargrill or BBQ grill on medium-high. Brush more marinade onto the ribs then cook for 3 minutes each side until lightly charred. Place the ribs and the marinade in the oven and bake for another 12 minutes. Serve with the remaining marinade.
