Ingredients

1 kg pork ribs
1 bottle SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
2 tbsp mustard powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1 can Coke or Pepsi
2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 bottle Tuimato sauce
900 g Oak baked beans

Directions

Combine all the sauce ingredients, including SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE, (except the baked beans) and boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, remove any sinew and loose bits from the pork. Cool the marinade then mop both sides of the rack and refrigerate overnight.
Let rack reach room temperature then cook over indirect heat of 120-150°C for 4 hours. Ensure rack is bone side down. After 2 hours, mop the marinade on both sides but keep the bone side on the grill. Pour off 1 cup of marinade to use for dipping, then put beans in a pot and add the remainder if the marinade. Heat on the grill and serve with the ribs.
