Ingredients

1 kg pork rolled roast in 6 mm slices
1 tbsp gluten free flour
1 tbsp butter
¼ cup white wine
½ cup chicken stock
1 tbsp lime juice
½ cup fresh cream
2 tbsp SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD
1 tsp ground allspice

Directions

Dredge the pork in the flour, shaking off the excess. Melt butter in a large pan on medium-high and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove to a platter and keep warm. Pour the wine into the pan and simmer for 1 minute, then add stock and lime juice to reduce by half. Stir in cream, SIDS BROWN SEED MUSTARD and allspice. Pour sauce over pork to serve.
