Ingredients
4 pork loin cutlets thin
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 large egg
1 tbsp milk
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
Directions
Place cutlets on a cutting board. Using meat tenderizer, pound each cutlet thin then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Place flour in a shallow dish, place breadcrumbs in another shallow dish then beat egg with milk and pour into another shallow dish.
Dip each cutlet in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs. Shake of access.
Heat up enough oil in a frypan to cover the bottom.
Fry each cutlet until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side then place on paper towel lined plate to absorb access oil.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
