Ingredients
¼ cup dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
3 spring onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 kg pork tenderloin
Directions
In a medium bowl mix soy, sesame oil, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, brown sugar, spring onion and garlic. Place the pork in a shallow dish and pour the sauce over it, turning a few times to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 160oC. Transfer pork and marinade into a baking dish, baste again then roast for 80 minutes. Remove from oven and stand for 5 minutes before carving.
