Ingredients
¼ cup rice bran oil
¼ cup soy sauce
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp Kaitaia Fire
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chilli flakes, to taste
½ tsp fresh chopped rosemary
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Good for a 1 kg pork tenderloin
Directions
Whisk SIDS CRAZY LEMON, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add the pork tenderloin to the bowl and cover with marinade, or use a large sealable bag.
Marinate the pork tenderloin for 2 hours minimum, or up to 24 hours for the best flavour penetration.
When you're ready to cook, remove pork tenderloin from marinade and discard the marinade. Cook as desired.
