Ingredients
3 kg porterhouse steak
1 cup red wine
½ cup rice bran oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 rosemary leaves, ground
¼ cup basil, fine chopped
4 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Mix SIDS SALT & PEPPER, marinade components together and place in a ziplok bag with the steak, shake then refrigerate overnight.
Remove bag from the fridge and allow to reach ambient temperature.
In a dry, hot pan, cook the steak with the marinade to desired doneness, turning every 15 seconds.
