Ingredients
1 possum, skinned, cleaned & jointed
3 carrots
3 large onions
4 potatoes
1 tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Place possum pieces in a large saucepan and cover with water then boil for 1 hour. Leave to cool in the liquid then skim off all the fat. Add more water and repeat the process. Discard all the water. Add enought water to just cover the meat, add SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the remaining chopped vegetables. Simmer 2-3 hours until possum is tender.
