Ingredients
5 potatoes
250 g mushrooms
½ large onion
2 tbsp rice bran oil, for cooking
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ cup bacon crisps
Directions
In a large oiled frypan over medium heat, sauté the diced onions until they soften and begin to turn golden brown. Add in the diced mushrooms and cook until they turn golden brown.
Add cubed potatoes and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Every few minutes, stir the ingredients so all sides of the potatoes get a nice golden crust.
Once potatoes are cooked through, add in the bacon crisps and stir to combine.
Serve warm and enjoy.
