Ingredients

5 baking potatoes
4 cups gouda cheese, shredded
3 spring onions, chopped
SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Preheat oven to 200oC.
Bake potatoes in the oven for 1 hour until tender. Remove potatoes then reduce oven temperature to 175oC. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out the middle and mix 3 cups of cheese, SIDS CRAZY SALT and 2 spring onions with the potato. Place the mixture back into the skins and sprinkle tops with cheese and spring onion.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
Garnish with SIDS SALT & PEPPER, then serve.
