Ingredients
2 potatoes, in small cubes
1 onion, fine diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp rice bran oil
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp ground coriander
1 cup peas
8 sheets filo pastry
milk
Directions
Pre-heat over to 180oC.
Cook potato with a little water in the microwave until tender, about 6 minutes. Very lightly mash with a fork until the potato is broken up.
Cook onion and garlic with a dash of oil until the onion is opaque. Add spices, including SIDS CRAZY SALT and fry for 2 minutes. Add potato and peas and cook further 2 minutes. Make a layer of 4 sheets of filo, brushing lightly in between each sheet with milk. Cut pile in half lengthways to make a long strip. Put a spoonful of mixture in the corner of each strip then repeatedly fold over itself into a triangle shape. Brush the top of each triangle with milk and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
