Ingredients
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 onion, thin sliced
1 kg baby new potatoes
1 cup water
1 tsp instant dashi powder
3 tbsp shoyu
Directions
Heat the sesame oil in a wok then add onion, SIDS CRAZY SALT and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add potatoes and stir until well coated with sesame oil. Pour in the dashi stockand shoyu then reduce heat to lowest setting. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to cook evenly. Remove cover for 5 minutes to reduce liquid. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Transfer potatoes and onions to a serving dish, pour the sauce over then serve.
