Ingredients
1 liqueur glass
1 duck egg yolk
50 ml gin
2 tsp Tuimato sauce
25 ml tomato juice
pinch of SIDS SALT & PEPPER
dash of SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR
ice cubes, to stir
Directions
Place yolk in the bottom of the glass.
Shake SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR and remaining ingredients then double strain into the glass on top of the yolk.
Enjoy with a side dish of fresh Bluff oysters.
