Ingredients
250 g cooked prawns, shelled
¾ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
2 tbsp Tuimato sauce
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ tsp ground black pepper
½ Iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 stalk celery, sliced
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
6 sour dough baps or soft rolls
Directions
Combine the SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, tomato sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, lemon juice, SIDS CRAZY SALT and cracked pepper, then add the prawns and let the flavours infuse. Chill until ready to serve.
For the iceberg salad, combine the shredded lettuce with the celery, red onion and toasted sesame seeds.
To serve, halve the buns and fill with the iceberg salad, then top with the tangy prawn mayonnaise.
