Ingredients

2 tbsp coriander, chopped
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
600 g prawns, deveined & chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
24 wonton (or spring roll) wrappers
Rice bran oil, for frying
Sweet & Sour sauce

Directions

Combine together prawns, ginger, coriander, SIDS CRAZY SALT, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil & fresh mint then mix well. Place a wonton wrapper on a bench and place 1 tsp of filling in the centre. Brush edges with water then fold in half to form a triangle. Seal the edges then fold the top 2 points of the triangle together.
Deep fry in batches of 2-3 for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with Sweet & Sour Sauce.
