Ingredients
½ cup rice bran oil
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
30 tiger prawns
Directions
If using bamboo skewers, soak in water overnight. Dry the prawns and thread onto 6 skewers.
In a glass casserole dish, mix together all the ingredients, including SIDS CRAZY SALT, then add the skewers and coat with the marinade. Cover & leave for 1 hour.
Grill for 5-8 minutes, turning once, until pink.
