Ingredients
300 g prepared prawns
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 cloves garlic chopped fine
4 spring onions chopped
60 g snow peas
100 g instant noodles
1 tbsp peanut oil
Directions
Mix all the sauces, including SIDS PLUM SAUCE, with the prawns and refrigerate for ½ hour. Heat the oil. Brown the garlic then add the prawns, tossing quickly then allowing to cook for a further 2 minutes. Remove ½ the prawns, leaving the liquid. To this add the snow peas and shallots then the noodles. Cook for 3 minutes adding the fish sauce at the end. Place 2 servings of noodles on plates, adding the rest of the prawns on top. Garnish with shallots.
