Ingredients

800 g cubed chicken
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
6 tbsp rice vinegar
6 tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup Hoisin sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
¼ tsp ginger, ground
1 garlic clove, crushed
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
sesame seeds
1 spring onion, chopped
2 cups cooked white rice

Directions

Sauté chicken cubes in sesame oil and SIDS CRAZY LEMON for 1-2 minutes until chicken is white but no need to cook all the way.
In a separate bowl mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, hoisin sauce and brown sugar.
Pour mixture into the pressure cooker over the chicken.
Select manual HIGH power for 10 minutes.
Do a pressure release.
Place your pot back on sauté bring to a slight boil.
Whisk in cornflour until mixture turns thick and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
Serve over rice. Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds.
