Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
1-2 Thai bird chilli, depending on how hot you like it
2 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
⅛ cup coriander, chopped - optional
1 tbsp garlic chives, chopped - optional
Directions
Mix minced garlic, Thai bird chilli, lime juice, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, fish sauce, sugar or sugar substitute (like Splenda) and coriander in a bowl. Adjust for your desired level of spice by adding more chilli, sour by adding more lime, salty by adding more fish sauce and sweet by adding more sugar or sugar alternative.
