Ingredients
1 tbsp rice bran oil
½ tsp salt
2 tsp SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
2 cups raw seeds, straight from the pumpkin
Directions
Preheat the oven to 135oC.
Blitz the oil, salt and SIDS GARLIC SAUCE to combine. Throw in the seeds to mix thoroughly and leave for 20 minutes, then place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot on a platter covered with paper towels.
