Ingredients

1 buttercup pumpkin
400g can chopped tomatoes in juice
FILLING:--
250 g beef mince
250 g sausage meat
2 tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp mixed spice
1 tsp soy sauce
1 small carrot, grated
1 onion, fine chopped

Directions

Spray the bowl with oil and set to LOW.
Using a sharp knife, cut a round the lid of about 15 cm across the stem of the pumpkin. Notch the lid and body to re-align properly to cook.
Using a spoon, scrape out the pith and seeds. Fold a 30 cm length of foil several times lengthways to make a sling for lifting the pumpkin out of the crockpot.
Put tomatoes and juice into the cooker.
Mix together SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE and the remaining ingredients, then spoon into the pumpkin and refit the pumpkin top.
Using the 'sling', lower the pumpkin into the cooker and cook for about 8 hours.(leave the foil in the cooker) Using the sling, lift the pumpkin out and set aside.
Thicken the tomato mixture with a little arrowroot or cornflour paste if necessary.
To serve, cut the pumpkin into 8 wedges and top with the tomato mixture.
