Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tomatoes, chopped
110 g mild green chilles
1 cup Queso sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tomato, chopped, for garnish
2 tbsp fresh parsley , chopped, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Place chicken breasts in a deep baking dish, like a casserole pan.
Sprinkle chilli powder, cumin, and SIDS CRAZY SALT over chicken then top with half of chopped tomatoes and half of canned green chilles.
Spread Queso sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
Top chicken breasts with the remaining half of chopped tomatoes and canned green chilles.
Top chicken with shredded cheeses.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the centre.
Top with chopped tomato and chopped fresh parsley. Serve.
