Ingredients
1 pkt frozen pastry crust
2 tsp orange capsicum, fine chopped
1 red onion, fine chopped
12 button mushrooms, chopped
3 eggs
1 cup fresh cream
100 g tasty cheese
100 g mild cheese
250 g cooked ham, chopped
¼ tsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C and pre-bake pie crust for 10 minutes or according to the packet. Set aside to cool on a rack.
Sauté capsicum, onion & mushrooms in butter until onions are soft & translucent. Set aside. In a bowl, mix eggs & cream together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, including SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS CRAZY SALT. Put filling into pie crust.
Bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes until filling is set and crust is golden brown. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER
