Ingredients
1 kg beef short ribs
50/50 peanut & sesame oil, for cooking
2 medium carrots
250 g broccoli
500 g asparagus
2 spring onions
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
⅓ cup sweet & sour sauce
Directions
Cut the short ribs down so there are two ribs per piece. Brown them in a well-oiled frypan with a bit of SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
Add diced carrots into the same pan and cook until they turn a light shade of brown. Add broccoli and asparagus. Stir to combine. Add the sauce and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add the beef then stir everything together.
Serve the stir fry over rice, noodles, or all on its own. Enjoy.
