Ingredients
500 g waxy potatoes, peeled
25 g butter
2 eggs
2 slices smoked ham
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
Directions
Grate potatoes and place on a clean tea towel then wrap and squeeze out all the moisture. Transfer to a bowl and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Melt butter in a medium frypan and divide potato into 4x 10 cm cakes. Add to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden.
Poach or fry the eggs. Serve 2 röstis per person, topped with an egg, a slice of ham and a teaspoon of SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
