Ingredients
SAUCE:--
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground ginger
RAMEN NOODLE STIR FRY:--
5 packs of Ramen noodles, discard flavour sachets
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp ground ginger
100 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp minced coriander
Directions
Whisk all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat and cook the ramen according to the directions on the packet.
Heat the oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT, ground ginger, mushrooms, broccoli and carrots, then sauté for 4-6 minutes.
Drain the ramen and add the noodles to the frypan. Add the sauce & coriander to the frypan. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes to warm sauce.
