Ingredients

500 g baby carrots, patted dry
2 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
RANCH SEASONING MIX:--
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp dried dill

Directions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly oil a baking tray or coat with nonstick spray.
To make the Ranch seasoning mix, combine parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, and dill in a small bowl.
Place carrots in a single layer onto the baking sheet. Add oil and Ranch seasoning mix. Gently toss to combine.
Place into oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, until tender. Stir in butter until melted, about 1 minute.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
